The kit accurately represents the mid-production Hetzer, with features such as lightweight armor and early production tracks. It includes a die-cast lower hull for added weight and realism, assembly type tracks made of single pieces, and decals for 3 different markings. The kit does not include paint or glue. This is the first time Tamiya has modeled this vehicle, and it is being released in their 1/48 MMV scale series.
